Tanya DeMarsh-Dodson

Tanya DeMarsh-Dodson has gardened since she could walk and has worked in the field of horticulture for more than twenty years, currently in the Puget Sound Basin. She has served on a Great Plant Picks Committee since 2000, maintains a garden consultation business, and volunteers with the Garden Conservancy’s Northwest Network.


Bob Lilly

Bob Lilly is one of the original designers of the Northwest Perennial Alliance Borders at the Bellevue Botanical Garden. By day, he is a sales representative for several major nurseries in the Pacific Northwest. He also maintains the gardens at the houseboat community where he lives on Lake Union.


Steve Brigham

Steve Brigham and his wife Donna are the proprietors of Buena Creek Gardens, located in San Marcos in northern San Diego County. Steve is a founder of the San Diego Horticultural Society. Both have been active in the nursery industry in California for several decades.


Douglas Justice

Douglas Justice is associate director and curator of collections at UBC Botanical Garden in Vancouver, British Columbia, where he indulges his passion for maples and other trees. He teaches and writes on a variety of plant related topics, and is actively involved with local, national, and international botanical and horticulture organizations.
