Taught by Alane Weber. Alane, “the worm lady of San Mateo,” has been nurturing her compost worms for 19 years and teaching vermicomposting for the County of San Mateo for the last 12 years.

For 40 years this 501(c)(3) non project has offered hands a number of activities to meet their goal of “Creating Abundance in Community.” These include classes and events in organic gardening and sustainable lifestyles, as well as items like seeds and plant starts, organic composts, fertilizers, mulches, tools, natural disease and pests control products and much more.
