Lotusland is holding its first ever live plant auction and sale. The highlight of the event will be a spirited live auction during which a dozen or so very rare, very special plants will go under the gavel. Other choice plants and garden books will be offered during a silent auction, and Lotusland’s Garden Shop will have an expanded selection of plants for sale. Several plant experts will be on hand throughout the day to discuss the plants and their use in gardens. In addition to the plants from Lotusland that will be available, plant collectors and other botanical gardens (such as the Huntington Botanical Garden) are generously donating some very special specimens.
