Instructor: Joshua McCullough, professional garden photographer and owner of botanical image company PhytoPhoto. His work regularly appears in dozens of garden magazines. Josh notes “The opportunities I’ve had to become acquainted with an incredible diversity of plant species over a vast range of environments is coupled with a passion for finding the essential elements in each. This intersection of science and beauty culminates in my images and the stories they tell. The work of photographing the plant world has a foot in many disciplines, at once an artist, botanist, photographer, and increasingly, a skilled technician of both the ever-changing nomenclature and the equally mercurial tools of modern digital imaging.”
