Alethea Harampolis, author of “The Flower Recipe Book” and “The Wreath Recipe Book,” is known for her dynamic work with flowers from Studio Choo in San Francisco. She brings her eye for color, form, and balance to a workshop incorporating elements of the backyard garden into sophisticated arrangements. This workshop is a garden-to-table lesson suitable for all levels. We will learn the importance of identifying flowers, ornamentals, and edibles from the garden perfect for arranging.
Participants will use a mix of cuttings from the MAGC landscape and flower market blooms to create their own masterpiece to take away.
Alethea will provide all materials including flowers and a vase. Bring your own cutters.
